Legal — your privacy rights

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you ask to be contacted, The Insurance Guide shares your contact details and calculator inputs with a licensed insurance agent or agency in our partner network — under California law, that counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to opt out. Use the form below to opt out, to revoke your consent to be contacted, or to ask us to delete what we hold about you. You do not need a California address to use it — we honor these requests for everyone.

Use the email you submitted to us, so we can find your record.

What would you like us to do?

How we handle your request

We’ll process your request within the time the law requires. We may need to verify your identity — usually by matching the email you give us against the record we hold — before we complete a deletion request. We do not charge for this, and exercising any of these rights will never count against you.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC opt-out signal when you submit a form, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your personal information — you don’t have to fill out anything here for that to apply.

Other ways to reach us
